Q: Why am I being charged for shipping？

A: FREE Shipping（Only applicable to some models in the U.S. and Canada warehouses. Currently, customers in Europe and other countries need to pay shipping and customs duties ）

Q: Where does AKSPORT locate?

A: AKsport is a US brand, and our factory is located in China, we have a warehouse in the US&Germany（US& Canada order will be shipped from the US warehouse, EU orders will be shipped from Germany warehouse, if US&Germany out of stock, orders will be shipped from Asian factory ）

Q: How long will it take for us to receive the product?

A: When it is peak season, our US warehouse is out of shortage, all products will be ship from Asian factory, it will take 6-8 business day after your payment.

（In special circumstances, orders that are out of stock and need to be produced need to wait about： 15 working days + 6-8 days for delivery=about 23-25 working days）

Delivery is FREE and takes 6 to 8 working days from dispatch. Dependent on your region, some shipments may take longer to arrive, we provide a fully trackable service via FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT.
We use fully tracked and insured courier services for all our shipments and most orders are dispatched within 72 hours of ordering, if not, we will inform you via email.

Please note, any orders with a delivery address at a pack station or PO box are unable to be delivered by our couriers. Doing so will delay your order by up to 3 weeks, so please ensure you use a business or residential address on your order.

Please note, all customs fees/duties are the responsibility of the customer. AKSPORT will not be held responsible for any monies owed. ( Like if you purchase in Canada, you may need to pay about 40-60CAD for the duty fee)
