The air tracks are great quality wise, but sadly even though my custom track was being remade in different sizes, the details weren’t on file I guess and the writing on the side got printed upside down and backwards on one side and not centred on the side of the track. I tried to get it rectified and got little to no help. The customer service has been terrible and I can go over a month before hearing back and I continuously follow up with no reply. At this point I gave up and just asked for a sticker the same color as the sides so I can just cover up the mistakes. Ideally, I would have liked to have them replaced with correct items or at least a decent discount to help me replace them. Overall I feel like this could have been solved if the person handling my tracks cared more about this situation and my business. I have purchased 4 tracks from them 2/4 were correct. I suggest them all the time.. I just wish the customer care and service was better. I also feel that the people making the track should have caught the issue and questioned why I would want the writing upside down and backwards instead of just printing incorrectly. Where is the quality control? I am still hopeful this will get rectified some day, but the mistake tracks arrived the end of June and it’s still not solved going into October so….
